Overview

This course teaches you what you need to know to take the A+ Certification Exam. This exam is the industry standard for evaluating competency in entry-level PC service. Begin with the ‘guts’ of the PC: components, motherboard, chips, memory and power supplies. Next, learn about the hard drive, hard disks, floppy drives and files. You’ll also learn to troubleshoot printers, modems, monitors, keyboards, sound boards, CD-ROM drives and other peripherals.
